Round 2 of choice enrollment into Pomona for the 2024-25 school year ends Aug. 31, 2024.
Round 1 of choice enrollment for 2025-26 opens in early December.

Jeffco Residents
If your student attends Jeffco and is a Jeffco resident, please turn in the following:
- Proof of residence (utility bill or lease)
- Parent ID
- Copy of IEP or 504 (if applicable)
- Last report card
- Any court orders, legal documents or guardianship papers
- These records are the responsibility of the parent to provide. The registrar will not request records until the beginning of the school year.
New to Jeffco
If your student is new to Jeffco or is not a Jeffco resident, please turn in the following:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization
- Proof of residence
- Parent ID
- Last report card if enrolling as a ninth-grader
- Transcript if enrolling as a 10th-12th grader (for viewing of credits)
- Copy of IEP or 504 (if applicable)
- Any court orders, legal documents or guardianship papers
These records are the responsibility of the parent to provide. The registrar will not request records until the beginning of the school year.
Withdrawing or Transferring
Families must contact the registrar when withdrawing or transferring from Pomona. Students must obtain the appropriate form, have teachers complete it, return all books and property and pay all fees and fines. Students are charged for all books and materials not returned at the time of withdrawal. This includes all Chromebooks and chargers.
