Student(s) NEW to the area - click HERE

Choice Enrollment click HERE for English and HERE for Spanish

2nd Round Choice Enrollment Applications will be accepted daily from:

7:00am-3:00pm
February 9, 2018 – August 31, 2018

Applications must be completed and submitted to our Registrar in the Pomona Counseling Center.  Choice enrollment applications can be found at jeffcopublicschools.org. Click on For Community, then from the section titled LEARN MORE ABOUT… click on Choice Enrollment. Paper copies are available at Pomona High School.

Applications need to be submitted in person only, NOT by email or fax.

If your student attends in Jeffco AND is a Jeffco Resident, please turn in the following:

 

  1. Application
  2. Proof of Residence (utility bill or lease)
  3. Parent ID
  4. Copy of IEP or 504 (if applicable)
  5. Last report card
  6. Any Court Ordered/Legal Documents/Guardianship papers

 

 

 

 

 

These records are the responsibility of the parent to provide. The Registrar will not request records until the beginning of the school year.

If your student is NEW to Jeffco or NOT a Jeffco resident, please turn in the following:

 

  1. Application
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Immunization
  4. Proof of Residence
  5. Parent ID
  6. Last report card if coming in as 9th grader
  7. Unofficial Transcript if student is coming in as a 10-12th grader-for viewing of credits
  8. Copy of IEP or 504 (if applicable)
  9. Any Court Ordered/Legal Documents/Guardianship papers
